These terms govern your use of gamedayprintco.com and any purchase you make from Live Wire Apparel. By using this website or placing an order you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
3. Products and descriptions
We describe and photograph every item as accurately as we can. Screens render colour differently, so the finished garment may vary slightly in shade from the images. Because each item is cut individually, measurements may vary by up to one inch from the size guide. Neither is considered a fault.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — refunding you in full — if the item is unavailable, if there was a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud.
5. Prices
Prices are in USD and may change at any time, but changes never affect an order already accepted. Prices exclude shipping and any import duties, which are shown or explained separately.
6. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Cancellation and return rights are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Intellectual property
All artwork, photography, text and branding on this website belongs to Live Wire Apparel or is used under licence. You may not reproduce, resell or use it commercially without our written permission. See our Intellectual Property page.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site unlawfully, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, not to introduce malicious code, and not to scrape or copy content systematically.
9. User content
If you submit a review, photograph or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and reuse it in connection with our business. You confirm the content is yours to give and is not unlawful or offensive. We may remove any submission at our discretion.
10. Third-party links
Where we link to another website — a carrier’s tracking page, for example — we do so for convenience only and take no responsibility for its content or practices.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided “as is” and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — and nothing limits your statutory consumer rights.
12. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, extreme weather, industrial action, or government restriction.
13. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your home country.
