Not received a tracking number yet?
Remember that production takes 3–5 business days before anything ships. If it has been longer than that, check your spam folder first, then email us at gamedayprintco.com@gmail.com with your order number and we will resend it.
Reading your tracking status
- Label created — your parcel is packed and waiting for carrier collection.
- In transit — moving through the network. International parcels can sit without a scan for several days while they change carriers. This is normal.
- Out for delivery — arriving today.
- Delivered — if the status says delivered but nothing arrived, check with neighbours and your local depot, then contact us within 7 days.
